I don’t know about you, but I’m getting a little stir crazy working from home. I miss everything.
Prioritizing self-care, especially at a time like this, is super important. Days and weeks tend to blend, and it’s important to take a step back and find the calm throughout all of the chaos of the workweek.
Recharging on a Friday night is one of my favourite past-times LOL. Grab a glass of wine, or cup of tea and just unplug and recharge. Read a book, do some yoga, draw a bath; whatever helps you relax.
